What is ORIGEN?
ORIGEN Technologies is the corporate brand developing infrastructure to manage trust in AI through evidence, traceability, risk and accountable decisions.
What is an Assurance Passport?
It is a structured case file connecting claims, requirements, controls, evidence, reviews, decisions, owners and status. It helps explain what can be demonstrated about an AI system and under which conditions.
What is COEVA?
COEVA is the ORIGEN Technologies platform. Assurance Passport is its initial module and Evidence Pack is one of its verifiable outputs.
Does ORIGEN certify that an AI system complies with regulation?
No. ORIGEN does not issue official certification, replace an audit or replace legal advice. It organises evidence and traceability to support review and decisions by competent people.
Who is ORIGEN designed for?
Compliance, risk, security, product, internal audit, responsible AI and other teams that need to prepare, review or explain evidence about AI systems.
What is Assurance Room?
It is a limited, read-only shared view of an authorised assurance exchange. It does not turn a summary into certification or automatically disclose the complete private case file.
Can evidence be reused?
The platform can record provenance, freshness and technical reuse conditions. Reuse does not mean that a third party accepts the evidence or considers it sufficient for its own decision.
Does ORIGEN use open standards?
ORIGEN uses verifiable contracts and can project Assurance Passport information to CycloneDX 1.7. Each export states its limits and does not claim support for formats that are not implemented.
Does my evidence become public?
Not by default. Evidence remains private unless an authorised person creates a shared view with an explicit scope. Sharing a view does not transfer authority or automatically publish source documents.
How is ORIGEN different from a traditional AI Governance platform?
ORIGEN focuses on the demonstrable chain between claims, controls, evidence, review and decision. It complements governance with portable artefacts and verifiable traceability, without promising cross-company monitoring that does not exist.
