Conditions for accessing and using this informational website during ORIGEN's pre-commercial validation.

Access to this website is public and informational. Use of the site entails acceptance of these terms insofar as they apply to browsing and consulting its content.
2. Pre-commercial status
Assurance Passport is under private development and pre-commercial validation. Checkout and payments are disabled. Information about pilots is not an offer for sale and does not in itself create a contractual relationship.
3. Product limitations
ORIGEN organises evidence and decisions to support AI governance processes. It does not issue official certifications, perform official audits, guarantee regulatory compliance or replace decisions made by accountable people.
4. Responsible use
The website must not be used to interfere with its operation, attempt to access private systems, introduce unlawful content or present ORIGEN materials as official accreditation. Access to pilots or private environments, when available, is governed by separate agreements and conditions.
5. Evolution of these terms
These terms may be updated as the project progresses. Before a commercial launch, all required legal and contractual information must be added and independently reviewed.
